i never got a call or text updates about my car. i called a couple of times and they told me that they will give me a call back. i called again and apparently the service department is already closed and no one told me if my car was going to stay overnight even though they told me it will take 2-3 hours (i dropped off my car before 10am 03/03/26. i need my car for work tomorrow and im in this dilemma because you guys can’t communicate properly.
