I came in for recalls on my car. I had made this appointment a week prior to my appointment. They did not complete the seat belt recall due to not having the part. Also I called to see if my vehicle was ready to be picked up and I was told it was in the wash and would be ready in 15 minutes. FYI it was not my advisor who told me this it was whoever answered the phone for in the service department I arrived to get my car and it had not been washed.

It took a long time (3 months) to get an appointment to fix the door handle. When I finally got an appointment, it took 5 hours for them just to paint it. When they were finished, there was still a visible chip in the paint. I requested the dealer to replace the handle altogether, but I have not heard back yet if my request was approved or when I can come in.
