Woody was phenomenal and was a no nonsense kind of guy that got me in and out in a timely fashion. I would argue he even saved me money since the last rep wanted to charge ne a diagnostic fee just to look at my tire.

I called the service department twice within about 4 hours trying to talk to a service advisor. I had to leave a voicemail describing my situation and to please call me back. I never got a call back so I had to make two separate trips to the service department, when I should have had to make only one trip. You need to hire someone who’s only job is to answer questions about receiving any kind of service warranty or not, before being handed over to a service advisor. John B

I have NO ISSUES with Crystal. I am having issues with why for the third time I’m bring my truck into the shop. I have had this truck for 3 weeks and it been in the shop twice. Some should have been fixed before I bought it. I’m spending ALOT of money that I have not been able to have my truck. You have gotten paid. But I can not have my truck. Something as simple as test with computer then test drive my truck to see if it is actually works. I’m getting frustrated. A don’t blame Crystal. If not for her I might would have asked for my money back and gave you back the keys. Because of Crystal is why I have NOT given it back to you Bob.

Charles was good. The tech that worked on the vehicle and whoever does the QA not so much. My wife and kids drove off the premises with a loose panel and missing screws from under the vehicle. Who knows what else wasn’t done right. I dropped the car off @9am picked up at 530pm and all that was done was a recall and 2 battery filters. Unsatisfactory performance and this is why I have avoided bob Tyler Toyota Pensacola as much as possible.

I dont know who Greg Mann is, but I got a text message at 1:19pm today signed by Greg Mann saying that my vehicle was ready when it wasn't. I clocked out of work and got a ride up to the dealership to pick up my car and it was still in the repair process. Then Phil told me that your automated system is messed up and does that alot. Seems to me you paid too much for that automated system.
