My car was covered inside and out with hand and **** prints on the seat, center console,inside and out of the doors, gas door cover, hood. Ms. **** did her best to wipe up the huge mess but I was still left with a mess to clean up when I brought my car home. Toyota should have detailed my car before my keys were ever handed over to me after my oil change.

Only suggestion I would have is that the service manager would follow up once the vehicle is done and communicate that to the customer on any other type of findings or suggestions for the next service. Other than all that is a it was a great experience. Thank you.

I have never had the customer service that I experienced at Bob Tyler Toyota. I will never go any where else. I was treated with dignity and respect. The person that helped me was Kathleen. She scheduled an appointment, was present when I arrived and handled everything my car needed. She came and told me the car was finished in a small amount of time.
