They tried to sell me a blower motor when I knew there was just something in the blower motor because it ain’t my first rodeo with it. That would’ve been $550. Next they try to charge me a 20 something dollar shop fee and there was nothing extra. They used in their shop except a couple tools. They were gracious enough to waive that. The worker splattered food in my vehicle on the ceiling and luckily it was still wet enough to wipe off completely. It smelt like Asian food. I’m grateful my son noticed it up on the slider for the moonroof when he did… it would be nice to come in and not be having to pay for things I didn’t need… it would sure help me trust you guys more!

I had to pay for a diagnostic test on a vehicle that is still under warranty, which was frustrating. The service manager (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) was difficult to work with and did not provide a positive customer service experience. The cashiers were equally disappointing, showing very little professionalism or personality.
What was most frustrating was receiving a text message that my vehicle was ready. Based on what I was told over the phone, I expected that my oil change had been completed. Instead, after waiting an hour, I found out my car had simply been sitting there. The lack of communication and poor customer service made for a very disappointing experience.
