Serena is an excellent consultant. However I had an appointment at 10am but was told it would be 2-3 hours. I was having a recall addressed and two minor repairs done. I had previously scheduled this appointment when I had my last service. Nothing was ever said about length of time it would take. I was told when I arrived that there was a backlog of folks waiting. I think something needs to be reviewed as how long appointments should take based on what each customer is having done. Then appointments scheduled appropriately. Thanks
