Visit was to correct alert on dash board which I told service rep was probably milage service and hybrid related and as an additional request to change hybrid filters.
When I got. Service ticket I was told tire rotation was done and filters were on back order and everything was ok.
paid and car was brought out when i got in the alert light was still on!!!
I called service guy back, i said you did fix what I came for and he said
Oh!! You need to come back. CRAP my visit cost me a half day fir nothing!!!!

I think the whole process took too long and involved too many people. My car was complete and waiting in the rear parking area. I had to ask my service adviser to finally get it brought around. He said he was very busy and it got lost in the shuffle. The paper work I was given was for another customer and car. I didn't notice until I got home. I'm trying to get the right papers emailed to me.
