1st when I come up to the dealership and got a complete price for my Transmission Service, I was told by the cashier how much it would be out the door and I told her that I would like to have the transmission filter replaced and she said it would be $45 more for the Transmission Filter and I said okay let’s do it and she up me an appointment for 6-24-26 at 11:00 am. I arrived on 6/24/26 and spoke with my service advisor and she told me that my vehicle does not have a Internal Transmission Filter and the dealer does not recommend a Transmission Flush, I said okay I still need a Transmission Service, out of all this my estimated still remains the same for a drain. I am satisfied because my service advisor got my wife’s Toyota HIGHLANDER in for a service. It took 2 hours for a Transmission service, but I feel that the drain and fill was a half of a Transmission service advisor. And I paid the same money for a half Transmission Service, versus a full Transmission Service!! But I’m so what happy, I will be back for service for my Toyota!!

1) Speaking quality of the video was poor
2) When I booked my appointment via the call center I was told the last oil change I had was at 10k miles. That was not the case when I arrived. Please check the call center can view all history of a car for booking appointments.
