I was told by the service advisor that I would get a video of my magnetic drain plug after removal so i could check for metal shavings but was told by the technician that they don’t do videos on 10,000 mile service.

I took my Lexus rx 350 for an oil change service, tires rotated and balanced, etc. First time I haven’t used a Lexus dealer service dept. I recently moved and it’s an hour away.
