When the text came through to review my service it said $53 for the tire rotation and balancing. In the total block on the webpage the total however was $61. When I received my itemized receipt the total for balancing was $15 and rotation $49 for a total of $64. I asked the service advisor about the discrepancy and he asked the cashier to calculate the amount paid for the services and she stated $55. I attempted to understand for about 5 minutes but the service advisor and the cashier both couldn’t make sense of it. Finally I just paid as I had already been waiting for over 2 hrs for an oil change.

I was disappointed with the shuttle service or lack thereof after my service was completed. I dropped my car off for service and was able to get a ride to my job which was sufficient and pleasant. I was told that I could request a ride to pick up my car when it was ready. When I received the text asking if I wanted a ride I let them know that I get off at 5. Long story short no one arrived at 5. It would be wise to let customers know that if they give a time that you may not be able to be there at that time. Especially when it involves customers that have worked all day and are ready to get their car and go home. I even called to find out the shuttles location and was told they only had one shuttle and was picking someone else up first and would then come to get me. I asked the rep if they could let the driver know not to come to my location because I had made other arrangements. She said she would. However I received text messages stating the driver was on the way and then at 6:17 received a call asking my whereabouts. I informed the driver that I’d let them know I didn’t a ride any longer and she said no one told me. I would’ve really been disappointed if I’d waited till 6:17 to get my car and then get home. I feel better communication is needed.

Ellen assisted me all the way, the moment I got the down to my truck until I left she was there. Usually I only see my truck parked when it’s done, but for the first time I was really communicating with someone. She was very hands-on and even came to tell me that I have nothing to worry about my concern about my tire. She was knowledgeable and very professional. I hope she will be my service advisor every time I need something for my truck. The fast service was amazing too, I was in and out in just less than 30 minutes.
