Ellen was very nice, professional, and helpful when I brought my vehicle in for service. She even recalculated my estimate to ensure that the individual services recommended by the technician were “bundled” and priced correctly for a 50k mile service. My visit went past 7pm, and she didn’t act annoyed or inconvenienced, although I’m sure she and Christian would have liked to get off on time. It was a great customer service experience. I would request Ellen again the next time I need service at Bob Tyler.
