Nicholas was super helpful with the entire process. I will say we have been dropping our car off for the last 4 years at the Toyota in FWB and have not received anywhere close to this kind of service from an associate. Ellen did a great job and she should be commended for her customer service efforts, but it was a disappointing visit for a couple of reasons. First things cropped up that weren't expected. I had come in for an 80k check for $190, that's what I anticipated but I got a diagnostic for over $700... I don't mind fixing the stuff that needs fixing, but to give me a list of things to add on to just becuase I came in for a 80k check? Also, I even had to return because a maintenance light wasn't turned off.. not because they forgot but because they couldn't "figure it out". Instead of finding someone in the garage to turn the light off, the team working on my car just decided to return it to me with it still on...????? And I only learned that on the highway home, requiring me to return to have someone who know how, to turn it off. The supervisor did... and he took care of it. But why wasn't that done before it was returned to me???
