It takes so long even with an appointment.
It shouldn’t take over 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment
Also they scheduled me with a different person, although she was very good. They should have let me know they changed it.

Based on this service alone, even though recalls and warranty, I will never buy Toyota again. The service at this particular location has declined in the two years.
