First, I don't want a rep to call me. Bringing in my new car for it's first service was an ordeal. Too many steps just to top off fluids and rotate tires. I could of gone to a tire center and had the same service and would have only had to talk to one person. No greeter, no service coordinator, no cashier, and no porter. One person would have done all that and it would have taken half the time.
