2 hour oil change and tire rotation. That's really slow. Quoted an hour. Waited 2. Should have been 20 minutes.

He understood we were passing through town on our way to Gulf Shores. He was awaiting our arrival for both drop off and pick up. He kept us informed on the eta for pick up, scheduled a shuttle to get us at Enterprise and made sure we were getting back to our beach getaway ASAP. If we didn’t live 8 hours away, we would definitely continue to work with Greg for future service repairs. Our thanks to Greg!
