My service writer Chris was fantastic. He fixed a tailgate problem that I have had for over a year. I had asked twice about it on two separate occasions and was given the same answer. But today Chris fixed it very easily. Obviously he knows things that others do not! My visit today was to change my oil at 20K miles which was done in very good time. However the replacement of my wiper blades took way too long, which was not Chris's fault, just a slow response time from others. It was like 40 minutes to change out the blades. That's pretty crummy really. Again, Chris is fantastic!

Dusti was sweet, but I waited 2.5 hours for a scheduled appointment for a simple diagnostic. Was charged more than was agreed upon and when trying to ask why I wasn’t given an option the pay what was agreed. Very hard to get ahold of someone to talk to about it and then when I finally did get ahold of someone a man was in the back room mocking me through the phone. When I asked if I was wrong he was mocking wrong in the background. Thought it unprofessional not only the wait time but also trying to get ahold of someone as well as adding fees for extra services without my permission
