I can’t say enough positive things about Crystal Bolyard! She was super courteous, responsive, eager to help with any questions and significantly added to the positive experience. I would hope to have her every time I bring a car in for service.

In all 4 tires it has gone down 5 psi or more indicating bob tyler Toyota technician did not do what they said.

After bringing my Tacoma in with what appeared to be a speed sensor issue, she reassured us that they would conduct a thorough diagnostics test and get to the bottom of the issue. Throughout the time that the service department had my truck, Crystal kept us informed and relayed all relevant information. Went to car wash today and a wiper blade from the left side went flying across my windshield.( No! My wipers weren’t on!) When I got out of the tunnel I pulled over and had attendant find it. He went to put it back on but both wiper blades were ok. So he figured it had been left in the “wiper well” of windshield and the water pressure pushed it out. Weird.
He said, “Shame on Toyota.” I’m just glad it wasn’t one of the new blades!
