Has to pay almost $200,for a diagnostic fee for a problem that I told them exactly what needed to be done. If you change the settings for the lock settings, it will disable the fobs and they have tk go in and turn them back on. Don't think I should have had to pay that much

I was in the dealership lobby for two hours for an oil change, Cole indicated that I needed an alignment, which I agreed to. after 1 hour and 20 minutes I went to vole to ask what’s taking so long/how much longer? Cole said he would check, and disappeared into the service area. He came back 20 minutes later and told me that it was going to be another 45 minutes until my car was ready, making my total weight time over 2 1/2 hours. When I expressed my concern about the time, he apologized. Then he came back 10 minutes later and said they wouldn’t actually do the alignment, because I’m going to have to replace my tires soon and an alignment will have to be done then… the entire experience was very frustrating and I was in your dealership a full two hours
