My son brought his 2026 carols in because his his tire light was on they said he had a nail in the tire and something wrong with another tire. They wanted to charge 500$ for two new tires. Said he didnt have e a warranty on them. He bought the car on Black Friday the tread is still good. Told him there was no warranty.
If he had bought new tires they would be under warranty for the life of the tread. Tell me why rewards tires don’t have a warranty on those new tires. They are not worn out

Overall with Andrew and my tech I am satisfied, I wasn't satisfied with the fact I made the appointment for 7am (because I care for my grandkids)and you didn't open til 7:08. Because apparently they were having their morning mtg, and then after the care was ready I had to wait for the printer to be filled. I fill the staff should be ready to go promptly at 7am, because if i take the time to schedule 7am there is a reason as I'm sure the other customers feel the same that were waiting. Time is crucial to all. This may seem minimal to some but when u make an appointment u expect it to be honored for the first one of the day. I know as the day goes appts get adjusted because the previous have backup or something.

I’ve used Paul Smith as my service advisor for about three years, almost 4 years. Paul has proven himself very capable, and his suggestions have been a very large Benifit to the maintenance on my Toyota’s.
I can tell that Paul really enjoys taking care of his customers, and he goes the extra mile like contacting my Toyota dealer in Washington state to get the past history on my Tacoma. By doing that he is more than once proved by the history that certain things have already been done and wouldn’t be needed. So I’d say Paul has saved me quite a bit of money in the long run. I give Paul five stars in every category. He shows Murfreesboro Toyota dealer in a very good light.
