I was approached with problem that didn’t exist. I was told my antifreeze was low, then I was told it’s not low. Then I was told it needed to be serviced, which I had already had done. Then the service guy looked me up and says “oh, it’s already been serviced not that long ago. Never mind” I don’t appreciate feeling like I’m being grifted. Your customer service used to be so much better than that.

I recently had an outstanding experience at this Toyota dealership, and I have to give a huge shoutout to my service advisor, John. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about my experience.
What really stood out was that John stayed past closing time — well after 6 PM — just to make sure I was taken care of. That kind of dedication is rare and doesn’t go unnoticed. He didn’t make me feel like a **** or rush me out the door. Instead, he remained patient, thorough, and helpful right to the end.
He’s the kind of advisor who goes above and beyond, and he’s exactly why I’ll keep coming back to this dealership. Five stars, without question!

Paul was a complete professional and saw to it that all the service and repairs that my Sienna needed was taken care of. He also made doubly sure to teach me how to access my spare tire which I have asked several people to do from the day I bought my vehicle from Toyota of Murfreesboro. The salesman promised to show me, and at a later date another service advisor did he have a mechanic come to show me and neither could be bothered. I recently had my truck serviced at Toyota of Murfreesboro for new tires and an alignment. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Since picking up the truck, it now shakes at speeds of 50 mph and above, which was not the issue I expected after having this work completed.
Additionally, the customer service experience was frustrating. I had to go find my service advisor myself to check on the status of my truck. When I did, I discovered that my paperwork had apparently been sitting on the counter for an unknown amount of time, and no one had notified me that my vehicle was ready. Only after I brought it to their attention was I finally checked out.
