My wife came for an oil change and had a flat tire light on the car that she asked for your service dept to reset and they couldn’t do it. If they can’t figure that out. I would fire them all involved today. I own a business and that customer service is unacceptable in my opinion. She had to carry it to another place to get it done because your service department couldn’t. I would give today a 1 star rating. Pretty sad when she called me and told me what they said. It had nothing to do with John, he was great. I was there for two and one half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. A crew was out and I would have preferred to have been called to reschedule for another day since it was routine. John did inform me that it would be longer than usual but that was extreme.

In the email I got needed hood struts I think it takes 10 to 15 minutes to install and the price for them around 75.00$.the quote I got was 442.00$ I thought that is little pricey for me for that amount of time. Ken was great
