Traveling on the interstate. On board message said I needed to take in my vehicle for service. Cole greeted me and shared I needed an oil change and rotation. It was done in 40 minutes. Very professional and courteous. I wish I lived closer to the dealership!

Me siento muy insatisfecho y puedo probarles que de nada sirve ser atento si el servicio es muy malo! Mantenimiento de 40 mil millas y habiendo preparado cinco servicios por insistencia y recomendación de su personal, como es posible que no hayan cumplido con el protocolo de mantenimiento programado, cambiaron aceite y filtro de motor y no cambiados los filtros de aire de cabina ni el filtro de aire del motor! Ambos sumamente sucios! Tengo fotos e imágenes de todo! Quiero hablar con alguien en español!
