Mechanical service was fine. The issue was when I came back to pick up my vehicle. My services person was not at her desk. Understandable, I’m sure she was busy. Her office mate avoided me. Another service person when I spoke to him. Never looked at me when I asked for help and offered no assistance whatsoever. While waiting for her, I went to the cashier desk and asked for my rep and the cashier was going to call her when I saw her enter the service area He was going to help . The other two were very disappointing.

My truck was said to be fixed and the problem still exist even after I told them that the problem was in the transmission and not the balance of the tires. I’m still having the same issue and the truck will be returned tomorrow.

I originally came to get a diagnosis with the scanner, I was told what it said but was not given a sheet with the specific codes or any information containing them. Then when I tried to pick the car up after service I called around 5:45 and was essentially transferred around and left on hold until. The service center closed so that no one had to help me when I just wanted the key to be left at the front so I could pick my car up that evening. Very unprofessional.

I had to call three different times just to speak to a service advisor to set and appointment. Disgraceful.
When the work was finally completed, I was overcharged by more than $100 which was blamed on a 'new system'. I am awaiting a credit back to my credit card.
I have had similar issues in the past. The only reason I have gone to Toyota of Murfreesboro more than once is because I have a Lexus and choose not to drive all the way to Nashville. Management of service at this dealership is shameful. Also, your scheduling app is not compatible with Apple's Safari browser. Pathetic!

Antonio went above and beyond today. With the new system you are implementing it was taking way longer than usual. Antonio made sure to check on me and give me updates on my service. He even offered me his chick fil a meal, as I had been there past my lunch time. I’m happy to leave this comment, good customer service is hard to find these days. Kudos to Antonio!

The service for a 100,000 mile check on my Camry took over 3 hours. That seems way too long. Me. Moody explained that you have changed computer programs and still working out the bugs. While that may be true, perhaps that should have been explained when I made my service appointment so I would have known what to expect. Perhaps the number of service e calls should have been reduced during this switch over period.
