The service advisor was much more attentive than past experiences with other advisors. She went out of her way to help me even after I missed my courtesy shuttle.

Everything was fine at the dealership. When I arrived home had a small amount of oil in my parking spot. Probably where it ran on some under carriage parts when they drained the oil. Checked the oil level and moved to another spot after driving today and no new oil.Need to do a better job of cleaning after draining the oil.

The service itself was fine. However recommendations were made that were unnecessary such as an alignment and new tires. They are not needed and these recommendations were not supported by the actual inspection. The tires have plenty of tread and another 8-10,000 miles of use. Plus they are wearing evenly enough that an alignment is not justified. I trust the service itself but have received bogus recommendations every time from service people.
