Paul is amazing and outstanding and his service was very friendly and he his very knowledgeable. Paul made my experience smooth and easy and I was out in a good time. Everytime I work with Paul it is always a superior experience.

Fawaz was great he took extra time to go over my inspection report with me and reminded me of the Toyota care plan plus that I have.

Generally, really positive experience except the time estimate. I was told 1-1.5 hours so I had booked other appointments this morning and ended up being there 3hrs so I was 1.5 late for my other appt.
