There’s lots of internal confusion between different departments when my new rims were put on my truck. They didn’t put the correct end caps on the rims. They didn’t give me my lug nuts from the original rims so it turns into two and three trips. Today after I got that issue fixed soon as I get back to work I get a text from someone else saying your tags are now ready so a lot of unnecessary stuff going on but Diego the salesman was amazing and was always easier to help.

I turn in my vehicle at the appointment time of 1:15 I did not get my vehicle back till the following day. I was told it was the fault of the service dispatcher. But I. My eyes it was the service managers fault he runs the service department. I was told that there was nothing he can do for ruining my day. Likewise, they told me I had to pay a crazy amount for a break job.
