My appointment was scheduled for 9:15, and my car was not taken back to the shop until close to 12. Not sure what the point of the appointment was if my car wasn’t going to be serviced until 3 hours later. Otherwise, service techs did a good job and I was satisfied with the way they treated my vehicle.

I’m concerned that my tires were not rotated today. I say that because Alex and the technician came and asked if I knew where the wheel lock was. I said no but it should where it always is because I only bring my vehicle to them. I also said this isn’t the first time the technician’s have had trouble finding it. They walked away and less than 5 minutes later I get a text that my vehicle is ready. I look up and can see it. It’s wet so it’s been washed.
How did they rotate my tires and wash it and bring it it up all in 5 minutes??? I asked Alex if they found the wheel lock and he said yes.
Don’t they need the wheel lock to remove the tires so they can actually rotate them????
