You did not have the parts to service my car, so I basically wasted two hours when had someone put five minutes of thought into what I needed in the first place, you would have known that you did not have the parts and you needed to order them before I came in to get my car serviced.

I just wish that it didn't cost so much to maintain my Camry. But the service has been excellent. Also wish it didn't take so long to pick up my car. I was told I could pick my car up that it was ready but had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for them to finish it. But my over experience has been excellent.

I will be doing the survery on her behalf. Brittany was amazing in so many ways! I am very o.c.d about my truck. Brittany went above and beyond to keep me informed. Updated me every step. She was very patient with me as I am a handfull to deal with. She left me with a deep sense of gratitude with how professional and informative she was. 10 out of 10 stars for that lady! Hands down she is the absolute best at being professional. Patient.undestanding. and Informative. I hope she sees this bc she needs a raise!

Toyota seems to take a long time to complete an oil change, tire rotation, battery change. I was there from before 9:00 (which was my appointment)till after 11:00. However, they did have to plug one of the tires, so maybe that added to the time.
