I always have the best care on Toyota in Murfreesboro x years but today the person that he assisted me with name DC apparently was not happy with me because he offer so many thing that I was not able to pay and after my car was ready he stayed for more that 25 minutes and he did not bring my car key to pay .Finally he co work near him brought my key and I was able to leave.
He was not assisted anybody when I told him that my car was ready .He just look upset with me and I was wait until he wanted.
Bad service. I never wanted his assisted again.

The wait time was the issue. It took 3.5 hours to complete a task that should have taken 1.5 hours. I had an appointment at 8:45. Check out was 11:30.
