My wife says that she found out after she got home and looked at the paperwork that my car needs additional things done. It would’ve been really helpful to know that beforehand, preferably, or at the latest while she was still there and they perhaps could’ve done them while she was there. Now we have to figure out another time to switch cars and make this all happen again.

Sam was fine. It took longer to get the work done on my vehicle. I had a waiting appointment and I decided to go drop off and pick up later. I was notified about 1:30 if I wanted certain services like filter change and wipers. I said no. It called and filled out the online estimate. Rep on phone said ok. I will let them know and they finish the work. I came at 3 and it wasn’t finished yet. Also we had another appointment to go to so I asked about after hours pickup. She had to ask about that and it turns out I can pick up before 7pm with receptionist. But when I got there at 6:30 she did not have my key. Another guy had to go find it on the service department. I think he had to call someone. Cause I saw him on the cellphone through the glass. He had check some sort of lock box but then saw him walk further down the service department towards the offices. I got a text that said the car was ready at 4:46pm. It just seems like it took a long time for my car to be done. Especially when I think they quoted me a 2 hr wait if I waited.
