My service advisor who is Zee was fine. I called at 11:57 to see if my vehicle was ready and was told I received a text stating it was. I did not receive the text until 12:14. When I got to the Kia dealership I pulled out my wallet to pay because I had been advised that I needed a cabin filter, and alignment and a patch put on my tire. Zee was surprised and said let me check. She saw where I had approved everything in the computer then she started checking and nothing had been done to my car. This was basically a waste of my time. Maybe you guys should go back to the human personal customer service instead of relying on your computers to take care of everything. This is the worst experience I have had since I have owned my kia. I bought it new in 2021. If this is the type of service that is going to continue I will not be purchasing another Kia

My issue is not with anyone in particular. I realize everyone is just getting used to their new space. I thought 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appt is a bit long. I previously had that service done within 30 minutes. Perhaps the waiting area will have water, coffee and maybe a snack available. My previous salesman and financial person were no longer at the dealership. These changes make me wonder what is changing and why.
