Drop off - The night drop box was inoperable when I arrived the night before. Communications- It’s extremely hard to reach the service department. Service - As it relates to knowledge of the customer service department there seems to be a need for additional training on service intervals, what that means, and what’s included.
Is the wash and vacuum no longer provided with oil changes?

I asked the service advisor twice if the oil reminder was reset in the car.she assured me that it was reset. When I turned my car on to check sure enough it was not reset. This is 2nd time the service advisor has told me it was reset and I find out that it was not. I have taking my cars to this dealership for years. The oil change tech always resets the reminder for me, as a part of the oil change. If this is no longer a courtesy to customers then that needs to be mentioned. Instead of saying something was done when clearly it was not done nor did she check to make sure it was done. This was after she assured me it was done.
