I made an appointment online. When I picked up my car I got chewed out by the guy behind the desk for just dropping it off and how short staffed you are on Saturdays. I told him I did have an appointment and he argues with me. Not very good customer service. I don't think I'll keep bringing my car to you when the oil changes I pre purchased are up.

I liked the way pictures were sent to my phone showing me any additional problems with my car and the price to get those problems fixed. Lorenzo explained in detail where I could understand.

Service advisor was great. However, the rest of my experience today left a bad taste in my mouth. I did not appreciate being bombarded with an email, phone call, text message and personal sales pitch to try and trade in my car while it was being serviced today. It was borderline harassment honestly. I expect better from your team on the next visit. If you would like to discuss my experience in greater detail please feel free to reach out.

I made my appointment for 1:30 pm. But I received a message for me to confirm I’ll be there at 10am (I still have that message) so I was there 10 min. before 10am as you requested. I checked in and even if I have the appointment and the text confirming that they took my car after 1pm. I explained I had to wait there because I wasn’t able to come back later. but all those facts didn’t make any difference. I was offered nothing for the inconvenience or received any extra care for my car. They gave me my car “ready” at 2pm. It was my first time at Kia and bought this Kia not so long ago and wanted to see the service, check a recall and request a check up to see if I needed anything else. I understand it’s not a new car and maybe not worth of your attention but this was really disappointing. I experience amazing customer service when I take to service my other car and maybe that’s why in the comparison Kia is sooo far away. I hope that change in the future.

My advisor was nice, however all the issues I came in for were not taken care of despite being there for 9 hours. I asked to be accommodated with a loner car to allow my car to stay and have all work completed, but was told I’d have to come back another day. This is very inconvenient for me as o do not live in Savannah.

I arrived at the dealership today at 9 o’clock and drove off at 12:45. The only thing that was taken care was oil change and tire rotation. The young lady Imani was very professional took care of me, when I checked in I was told it would be about an hour and a half. I stayed at the dealership. I checked again and was told that they were shorthanded in personnel. I requested my car to be brought to me because the diagnostic had not yet been done. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my car to be brought to me. This was not a good experience. I’m not at all pleased because the work that was done I could’ve had done locally. I purchased my Kia Sportage on May 24, 2024, I brought it back in for the first service appointment I explained that my car would not turn off properly, after several people getting in my car driving it I was was told to put more pressure on the brake. This has never worked properly. I have another appointment because I still have the issue with the ignition.
