I was very satisfied with Imani and the gentleman that drove the shuttle. Great guys!l
But I was very dissatisfied with the fact that I had made an appointment to bring my 2024 Teluride in for the trim recall and no one told me that there is a national back order on the parts. So this was not performed on my vehicle. Now, I have to bring it back in. I would have appreciated better communication about this. I am still VERY concerned that this part may fly off my car and hit another driver and cause a wreck. Not cool KIA

I was scheduled to come today because my part was not there at the time of service, sitting for 20 minutes just to realize that my part still was not there and I needed to come back the next day. In the future please contact the customer so they don't waste time and gas driving to the service office just to have to come back the next day.
