Imani was great! But you was supposed to have repairs for a recall on my seats, and w they apparently ordered the wrong parts. My suggestion is give Imani a raise and fire whoever is over the recall department

We were given an estimated to have an oil filter housing change. Estimate was for $93 and some change. we made an appointment to have it done. My daughter drive an hour for the appt and was told cost would be $350.00 and possibly another 300 to diagnose further. IAt that point I talked to the person and told them we received the estimate, he said they quoted it wrong and the price of 350 is what it would be. I told her to leave. Absolutely poor service and poor way to handle a quote that was given to us. This all happened today 03/03/26

I was at the dealership for an hour waiting on the shuttle, and was originally given a 2 hour estimate. That turned into 6 hours, which is fine and I do appreciate the ride in the shuttle but the driver was on his phone on both trips.
The new building is nice but it smelled bad and the staff was flustered and everything seemed to be a major issue. My car wasn’t cleaned during the service, which came standard with my last dealer.
Overall, I’ve been less than impressed by every visit to this dealership and in the future, it might affect whether I buy another KIA. This dealership always leaves me feeling MEH.

I fail to understand why I have to come in twice for the same issue. Not sure why they didn’t order the needed parts when they heard I needed parts as the letter had fallen off. I brought the car in and later told they had to order the parts. Now I need to bring the car in again for the same problem.

Their services was not completed as stated. My car was at the service department from 6am until 4:30 pm. Just for a oil change service and tire rotation as well for a recall. The tires wasn't rotated and their was no information about the oil change for when the next one was needed. Very poor service today. The only thing that was done above expectation in which they caused but they came and pick me up after the shuttle had stopped. I will have take my car back tomorrow to make sure that whatever was done to my car has been properly done with paperwork to follow. I paid $164 dollars to have had poor services.
