The ladies that checked me in are awesome. Only issue was it took over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. Only my opinion, but should be able to get that done in under an hour.

My skid plate is loose and dragging the ground as I drive and I asked for my car to be washed and I was told it would be. It wasn’t washed. The wheels had dirty blemishes all over them from the rotation I assume.
