My advisor was nice, however all the issues I came in for were not taken care of despite being there for 9 hours. I asked to be accommodated with a loner car to allow my car to stay and have all work completed, but was told I’d have to come back another day. This is very inconvenient for me as o do not live in Savannah.

I arrived at the dealership today at 9 o’clock and drove off at 12:45. The only thing that was taken care was oil change and tire rotation. The young lady Imani was very professional took care of me, when I checked in I was told it would be about an hour and a half. I stayed at the dealership. I checked again and was told that they were shorthanded in personnel. I requested my car to be brought to me because the diagnostic had not yet been done. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my car to be brought to me. This was not a good experience. I’m not at all pleased because the work that was done I could’ve had done locally. I purchased my Kia Sportage on May 24, 2024, I brought it back in for the first service appointment I explained that my car would not turn off properly, after several people getting in my car driving it I was was told to put more pressure on the brake. This has never worked properly. I have another appointment because I still have the issue with the ignition. I could have had my car serviced locally, I am not pleased and am not looking forward to my next appointment.
