How about Emily from Suntrup Volkswagen’s Service Department never ever texts me again about how my service went??? I’m at work, I don’t have time to answer her text. I took the survey and they should be enough. Jeremy did his job, maybe y’all could do yours and check his work instead of expecting the customer to do it for you?

The service rep. went out of his way to assist me. He even apologized that he couldn't get the car washed. I use a walker and he put it in the back seat that was much appreciated.

My service today was terrible customer service on today, January 30 for my oil change was terrible. The last time I had an oil change was six months ago. I thought it was strange that I had to get an oil change so soon. But I did not question it because the technician who did my oil change six months ago, put the little label in my window for another oil change in six months. So of course I made an appointment to come and get an oil change today. And when I get in there, the customer service rep came to my car and looked at my mileage and everything and not once Did he tell me that I was not due for an oil change? But he was sure to tell me that I was due for a tire rotation and a brake fluid change, but never told me I wasn’t due for an oil change. Instead, the Customer Service rep waited until it’s time for me to pay for the oil change to tell me oh did you know you wasn’t due for an oil change? Why couldn’t he tell me that before they did the oil change so that I could’ve at least gotten my brake fluid changed instead of the oil change. What kind of customer service is that!!!, I am very upset that he did tell me I wasn’t due so I wouldn’t have to waste money on something i didn’t need at the moment and could have put it towards others things needed at this time on my care. Had I known I wasn’t do for the oil change I most definitely would have not gotten it and opted for the brake fluid change instead. That is unacceptable customer service I will rate this service a 1 out of 10
