The service tech indicated in writing that my car dropped off at 4:45 would be completed by 5:30. My car sat in the service bay until 5:50. I could see it from the waiting room. The tech apologized but said he was working on four other matters and couldn't get to my car on the promised time. That was a long time to wait for a tire rotation and then a hour ride home after a long day at work downtown.

My car was done pretty quickly but I needed a shuttle to pick me up and no one ever called to tell me they'd be coming. Instead I had to call and ask for it. Then the guy who came to pick me up was a maniac driver. If I wasn't wearing a seat belt I'd probably be dead right now.

Unfortunately, I did not expect such poor service. I received my vehicle back in the exact same condition as when I brought it in for the diagnostic regarding the three warning lights illuminated on the dashboard; it is truly frustrating. As customers, we deserve more respect and accountability from the individuals involved in providing this service. I will return tomorrow in the hope that they resolve this issue; otherwise, I will demand a refund for the blunder that was committed.
