I don't understand some of the bill. When I was driving and turning left there was a scraping noise. It did that before service was done, It happens mostly when Turing left. Why was that noise not adressed? Ed the nice driver who returned my car heard the noise when I was putting it in my garage. Loose flap back rear right tire Didn't even get fixed, Why, just because I Didn't order new ones. I'm very disapointed. Will call you first thing in the a.m. Also why did it take 4 days to work on the car, Dottie Aust
