Jeffrey did a fine job. What wasn’t acceptable to me was being told a loaner car was not available when I arrived For my appointment even though when I made the appointment the lady said the work would take 2-3 days and she was scheduling on a day I could have a loaner car. While I realize things happen I feel it would have been better to let me know this ahead of time and give me the option to reschedule. But what was MOST disturbing to me was the Enterprise I was taken to. I did not feel safe there at all. It was dirty, They had few cars that weren’t in the best condition and shady characters were hanging around outside. I suspect some sort of transaction was happening outside the business. I called my husband immediately to come get me. I got in the car and asked my husband what other Lexus dealer we could go to. I’ve had BMWs until this Lexus and thus isn’t the experience I am used to.
