Joshua kept us always in the loop regarding status of Lexus service, and also alerted us that since recall service was going to overlap his Friday day off, that someone was taking his place while he was gone. A financial estimate of the service prior to drop off so clients understand what to expect.
I, personally am shocked that my service was so costly. I looked up an estimate online for the 60k service for 2016 RX350; the highest estimate was 650.
The labor for my vehicle is noted to be $900 and $300 for parts.
I requested an itemized invoice to be sent via email. I do not see how many hours and how much per hour for labor but this unacceptable.
Are you offering any discounts for first responders ? I am a Registered Nurse.
Otherwise, I am going to need to shop around for a more reasonable offer.
