The only complaint I have was when I told the service department to replace my wipers blades they did not inform me that it would cost me $40.00 for the service. I think that was a lot for just putting on new blade refills.

I have been a metro Lexus customer for 10 years and I was going to be cheated for pennies when I have spent so many hundreds of dollars in servicing. It all comes down to Integrity and this was something that was lacking this time. I had to make my case with the manager and finally they agreed.
All replacement was under warranty.
