Hilary was professional and courteous. Perfect experience with her. We had called ahead of our appt and told them the car needed the amplifier replaced, as determined by a repair shop. The part was supposed to be ordered and we made an appt 8 days later to give them a chance to get it in. (Per the Lexus rep). Needless to say, that didn’t happen and I had to leave the car another day to have them do what they had said they were going to do a week earlier. The work finally got completed approx 3 hours before I needed to load my car for an out of town craft show. Cutting it close that way did not help my blood pressure and I had no intention of taking a loaner vehicle out of town load to the ceiling with product. So... while Hilary was amazing and SO kind, the service Dept needs vast improvement and I will think twice before returning.
