This is the second time in a row and I’ve got my car serviced both times were for Recalls no problem-we want to safe, time an added oil change, however I was inconvenienced. I hardly think anybody else is going through the same things I am. After dropping our vehicle off on Tuesday we heard nothing until Thursday that our vehicle was finished by that time I had already made plans, I figured the recall was taking more time and you won’t need it a few more days since I didn’t get a call. I spoke to a service rep who was very kind, she said she would give me a call back Friday morning to let me know if we can return our vehicle on Monday when my husband would be returning to work near the dealership, but for now bring it back Saturday. I did not receive a call By 4 PM so I called and I was Told to bring my vehicle in today or I’ll be charged a fee. So I rushed there so I could make it before you close at 6 PM. I didn’t have time to put gas in the car so I was charged for that and then I get my vehicle back and it’s not even washed it’s just a simple things that a customer shouldn’t go through and again I doubt anybody else is being treated this way so why am I.

I asked the service department to look at a few things and was disappointment to see they weren’t addressed. Things such as including cleaning inside of windshield.

I was quoted a price of $120 for the 70k service. Additionally, when checking in for appointment I confirmed price of $120 with Jeff. I’m now tilt that 70k service is $265. This is a huge discrepancy, not to mention misleading. I will be picking my car up tomorrow and need to speak with the service manager to look further into why I’ve been charged a different price. I’ve not yet received my car to say whether or not I’m pleased with the outcomes of service.

Every time I have an appointment I end up having to leave my car. My appointment was on Saturday 9/26 at 10:30 am and my oil change wasn’t done until Tuesday 9/29. I know they held the car to look at the alignment but that wasn’t scheduled in advance. I live an hour away and it is t convenient to run to brook park once let alone twice.
