I was very glad to get my car repaired (after a neighbor ran into the front end),serviced and returned to me looking as good as new. My only concern was the sound I kept hearing at the back, especially when I pressed the brakes. I spoke to a LEXUS representative and accepted his explanation and am getting used to the sound. Jeffrey provided great customer care by keeping us well informed. He went the extra me by discovering an error that Lexus of Serramonte had made before we bought the car. The only thing that could have been better was if Metro Lexus had called them directly to work out payment of the repairs instead of putting that back on us to work out.
