Josh was very pleasant and seemed pretty knowledgable, but I was frustrated by what seemed to be a lack of follow-through with communication. I would get brief texts that didn’t really help me understand the full picture of what was going on and then he told me that he would call me at certain times (eg. “In the morning” and then didn’t follow-through. He seems like a bright guy, but something got lost in translation when it came to communication.
I was really thankful when I came in to pick up the car today and Jeff was there to greet me. He has helped me many times, members my car history any personally,, is great with communication, and represents company very professionally.
Once suggestion might be for Jeff to help mentor Josh as I know that all of us in life have room for growth :-)
