He was wonderful and much more helpful than the dealership where it was purchased (out of state). He explained things to me, kept us up to date on the status of the work, etc. He was very helpful in scheduling so I could make my out of state trip. When I buy a new Lexus, I would seriously consider buying it from Metro Lexus because of the wonderful service I received this year and last year when I was visiting in Cleveland!

I wish that the communication would be better, and the correct expectation set for how long it will take to get my car back when it goes beyond the anticipated/quoted time. I understand with staffing and me living further away that things happen, but a phone call goes a long way so I’m not waiting around when I have things scheduled the followings days. For a routine service taking 3-4 days to get my car back is inconvenient not making the valet service worth scheduling.
