No problems with the service advisor. Adam was great. My concern is my final invoice for the work done. With all the papers is a tad hard to follow how the charges equal up but seems I may have been charged for the brake inspection of $47.15 on page 6 even though I purchased the front brake service package. I was quoted on the phone $950 for everything. I paid $985 in person. Invoice has numbers such as $899.06 for total authorized amount on page 6. Page 5 has $845.92 additional approved amount. Page 2 has the brake fluid job at $170.79 with parts and labor but on page 3 it comes out to $203.26. Many differences in totals to sum it up.

Travis was very attentive and courteous towards me. I have a disability and his first concern was my comfort; getting a chair for me during check-in. Travis interacted with the towing service on my behalf. Further he made sure I was safely escorted to the customer waiting area.
