Give me a loaner that has gas in it. The rental form Said a full tank---it was less than 1/4 tank. The associate Ian saw That it was not full. So I went and Filled it up myself and felt that was not appropriate. I returned the car with only a few miles on it as I was Told it would take a full day maybe longer but it didn't---which was Nice. But again I put $30 of gas in a car that was empty from the start! Not a good impression especially since I am about ready to buy a new car and service is important to me when I choose where I will be buying my Next car. Ian was very nice and kept me updated on the progress of my car.

Lexus Service Part of my negotiations for my 2024 RX 350h included the following: Locking Lug Nuts Installed Mud Flaps Installed All Weather Floor Mats and Cargo Mat Activity Hitch Installed and Kick Sensor Relocated. What I got: Locking Lug Nuts Installed Mud Flaps Installed All Weather Cargo Mat, had to ask for the Front and Rear All Weather Mats, Which Were Supplied, but I had to ask. TOW HITCH Installed by Third Party…..NO REDUCER PROVIDED FOR REDUCTION FROM TOW HITCH TO ACTIVITY HITCH. NO TOW PLUG PROVIDED UNTIL REQUESTED FOR THE TOW HITCH?!?!? Asked for the plug to be provided, initially I was told it would cost me $13.23 including tax. KICK SENSOR RELOCATED BUT DOES NOT WORK IDEALLY…..Looking for Tow Hitch To Be Replaced With Activity Hitch AND Kick Sensor to Operate Properly. Topper for me: Metro Lexus asked me to bring my SUV in for the above work to be done, at this point I only had the vehicle for six days…..quick service right? Unbeknownst to me, the activity hitch and kick sensor relocation bracket were not in stock. Metro Lexus kept my brand new SUV for 8 days waiting for parts to arrive and then the wrong parts were installed. I don’t want a big bulky Tow Hitch, otherwise I would have ordered one. I expected the ACTIVITY HITCH, that I requested to be installed at Metro Lexus dealership and I expected the relocated kick sensor to operate properly. I chose Lexus because, I want quality and it is disappointing not to get what I paid for. I am totally fine waiting for the parts, that I requested, to come in and the tow hitch to be replaced with an activity hitch and for the right kick sensor bracket to be ordered as well.

My vehicle wasn’t check fully before It was hand in to me. It’s an issue but it should be double check and make sure that the service was done correctly. We should just resolve the issue that then. I have great confident to your service thinking all the problem was resolve. Going back for service thinking it will be that easy but I really appreciate the time you spend on my vehicle. I would suggest that you have to make sure that all system are functioning before giving back customer’s vehicle.
