Maybe you guys can actually clean out your loaner cars before you release them to your customers? The GX I used overnight was full of food crumbs and the last persons trash. I absolutely love Metro Lexus and the services are so much better than the others in the business. I'm only telling you this so you can remain the best out there. Thank you.

I was please with the way the service representatives went beyond what I initially brought in for. If they had not checked the air pressure in the tires they would never have found a problem that mayor in comparison to what was initially diagnosed.
