I drive an hour each way to come there. I arrange for a rental car. However if I would’ve taken the rental car my 10 o’clock appointment would’ve been done by 4:30 so I stayed. I got out at 1:30 for my 10 o’clock. I was told it would be a 90-120 minute appointment. Long time to sit and get nothing done my whole day wasted for car maintenance . Everyone is always very professional and very courteous five star that way.
