The service to my car was done. However, I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. and didn't need a loaner car. It didn't leave for 30 minutes. I wasn't expecting it to take that long.

I have no idea what was completed. My representative was on vacation and have not heard from anyone on what was completed.
I received the car back with a piece of paper that I have to decipher the results.
My tank still only fills up to twelve gallons when I have a 17.2 gallon tank.
My driver side mirror still clicks.
I just wasted a week without my vehicle and no resolution.
